This cute family can't take a bad photo! I had a hard time deciding which ones I liked best. Abe is 20 months old, and of course had a lot of energy, so we did a lot of running around and candids. I love sessions like these that really bring out the love the parents have for their child.
You've seen McKenna many times on this blog. I've taken photos of her even before she was out of her mom's tummy. This big girl just turned one year and she gets more beauitful every time I see her. Seriously, she's a Gerber baby. Dan and Laura are such a blast - I love hanging out with them anytime.
The wind was out in full force during our session, but luckily we were able to find a few protected places. It was also pretty chilly that evening - I was grateful to be wearing a coat! - so I felt for the ladies in short sleeves. Thanks for braving the weather with me guys!

I got to photograph this cute girl on her first birthday. She was so photogenic and happy, I was ecstatic when her mom called me to do their family photos. I loved these guys from the first meeting and loved seeing them again!
I have been MIA for the past couple of weeks! We enjoyed a relaxing 10-day vacay in Oregon and Washington. Its hard to be back! Lots of catch-up to do...
This cute family was laughing pretty much the whole session. They are such fun, loving people. I love when I leave extended family sessions wishing I was part of the family.

These limited-availability sessions will be offered on Saturday, November 7 at a rustic/fall leaves location. You will be emailed the address and details upon booking. Don't forget - the Christmas card season is upon us and this would be a perfect chance to get a quick, updated family picture for your card!

This girl has got some energy! She loved exploring, picking weeds, and had no fear, no matter where I took her. I used to play soccer with her mom, Val, back in the day. In fact, we went to Nationals together...she's probably got some really good dirt on me after all those late nights and road trips. :) It was also fun to see Matt, since we went to high school with him too. All around good time!
I forgot how much I like photographing just one person (and a person who will do what you ask!). Brittany really allowed me to do my thing...she was up for anything, even in the freezing weather! I found out after the fact that she doesn't love getting her photos taken, but I never would have known. She was so comfortable and confident. She's going to make a beautiful bride.
You've seen this sweet girl as a newborn, now see her as a six-month-old. I absolutely love this age. They can sit, can't crawl or walk away, and are SO happy. And Londyn was no exception. Plus, she is one chunky little monkey, making my job that much better!
Meet my sweet new niece. This little beauty was born on 09.09.09 - such a cool birthday! She's already got the whole family wrapped about her finger. You'll be seeing a whole lot more of her on this blog...I love photographing newborns!
